Dear Simon, Bobby, Melanie, Matthew, Sofia, Chris,
I'm organising a show of ‘works on paper’. Works don’t necessarily need to be on paper. I’m interested in the wider meaning of this term, how it is often used to characterise provisional, exploratory, and preparatory works for example. Works can be multi-part and not necessarily limited to a single ‘sheet’. I would like to give you the option to extend this invite to an artist of your own choosing; so, one work by yourself, and one by your invited guest. I would like to open it up to include others, making it a more inclusive, social event.
